- Shipping costs are free for all your orders on FUTWEAR.
- Transit times can be affected by certain variables (customs clearance times and holidays, see below). If you have not received your package based on the estimates given, please do not hesitate to contact us for further assistance.
- Shipping times are affected by holidays; manufacturers as well as deliverers will limit their operations during these times. These variables are unfortunately beyond our control. but the service returns to normal immediately once the public holidays are over.
- It may take a few days after dispatch before the tracking number becomes active on the postal transport networks. If the information still has not appeared on the carrier’s website, please try again later.
- Due to customs clearance times, standard delivery times have been extended to 15-30 days for Brazil and 10-15 days for all other destinations in Latin America.
- FUTWEAR ships all packages from our warehouse and distribution center.
